When can I cancel my order?

Artisan Apparel allows customers to cancel their order before sending it to production. No cancelation is facilitated once the production process is started.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancel your on Artisan Apparel :

1. Login to your Artisan Apparel account

2. Go to “My Orders“

3. Find the order you want to cancel and click on order number to see details

4. To cancel an individual item, click the “Cancel“ button next to that item. Note: You will have to repeat this step for each item you want to cancel.

5. To cancel the entire order, press the “Cancel” button at the top of the order details page

6. You will need to provide a reason for the cancellation

Why is there no option available to cancel my order?

If your order has already is in production or dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In case your order is not production stage, and you can’t see the cancel button please contact our customer care.
