Our Policies
Shipping /Order fulfillment
Processing Time: This is the time required to verify, prepare, and package your order before it leaves our warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method. We may offer free shipping promotions—details will be applied automatically.
Partial Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately if they are stocked in different warehouses. You will not incur additional shipping fees if your order is shipped in parts.
Order Journey and Delays: We do our best to meet all delivery estimates, but shipping times can be impacted by carrier delays, customs procedures, or high-volume periods.
