How can I track my Order?

Tracking of your order could be done by following these simple steps:

  1. Login : First, sign in to your Artisan Apparel account which you used to place your order.

  2. Check Orders Tab : Head over to the orders tab in the menu section

Sorting and Filtering

Your orders are sorted by pending status by default, but you can also filter them by status and date. Here’s what you can filter by:

  • To Ship: Orders with items still at Artisan Apparel or with the vendor.

  • Shipped: Orders with items that have been shipped to you.

  • Delivered: Orders with items that have reached you.

  • Canceled: Orders with items canceled by you, the seller, or Artisan Apparel

  • Returned: Orders with items shipped but not received by you and were subsequently returned to the sender (Artisan Apparel).

Note: If an order has items in multiple statuses, it will appear in all relevant filters. For example, if an order has one item in the To Ship state and another in the Shipped state, it will show up in both the To Ship and Shipped filters.

Search your order

You can also search for a specific order using the search bar in the top right corner of the screen..
