Order is delayed
Order delays may be due to various factors, lets first understand your orders journey:
Order Received: We acknowledge your order and begin processing it.
Sent to Brand/Vendor: Your order is forwarded to for production.
Production Completed: Once production is finished, the item is sent to our warehouse.
Received at Artisan Apparel Warehouse: We inspect and prepare your order for shipment.
Dispatched from Artisan Apparel Warehouse: Your order is then dispatched from our warehouse.
Handed Over to Courier Service: The package is handed over to our trusted courier partner.
Delivery to Your Doorstep: Your order is on its way to you, and soon, it will arrive at your doorstep.
How can I check the status of my order?
To track your items, visit the order details screen in the Customer portal. Each item has a clickable tracking ID that directs you to the courier company's tracking page for shipment updates.
How long will it take to deliver an international order?
The delivery time for an international order depends on the region to which it is being shipped. However, after the order is placed, an email containing the estimated delivery time is sent to your inbox, you can also track your order using our customer portal through our website.
How long will it take to deliver an order within Canada?
A local order is normally delivered within 5 to 10 business days, however this can exceed due to unforeseen circumstances such as vendor delays, or natural anomalies such as storms etc.
My order is delayed. Can you please expedite the delivery?
If the order is in production - Regrettably, we are unable to expedite the delivery as the shipment details provided by our warehouse are already listed on our website. The outfit(s) will be shipped accordingly.

My order was delayed but this got canceled later on, what is the reason?
Unfortunately if your order has been canceled, it is most likely due to a supply shortage from the vendor.
